HOME REPAIR/ HANDYMAN – Handyman projects are the little things that pop up from time to time that you may call a plumber, electrician, or specialist for. They might be leaks, creaks, squeaks, adjustments or repairs… the “odd-jobs”, “honey-dos”, and “fix-up” stuff.
        Since we perform all trades, we have developed expertise in many areas. This experience allows us to cover a broad range of repairs with the skill and quality that you would normally find only from a specialist. This category is where the benefit of being a one-stop-shop really shines.
        To be cost effective for you and competitive for us, we price home repairs and handyman projects in a few different ways; service call, hourly rate, or flat contracted price. When we talk, your pricing will be determined by your unique project and what approach is most cost effective for you.


HOME IMPROVEMENT - This project category is about upgrading an aspect of your home.
        These projects usually begin with, “Honey why don’t we ______” or “I have always wanted a ____________”.

        They include:


       Beautification ( new flooring, fixtures, countertops, paint )
       Added Features ( fireplace, deck, skylight, landscaping )
       Energy Efficiency ( insulation, replacement windows )

        Fun to undertake and relatively simple in their extent, home improvements really personalize a home and make a big impact on your standard of living as well as resale value.
        Our approach to home improvements is creativity. When adding an aspect to your home, you get to decide what you desire. Our job is to translate your wishes into a construction process and help you identify innovative approaches to the task. Functioning as a creative support, we will provide unique product suggestions and building methods that can help your home improvement project go from standard to “Wow”.



REMODELING – We look at remodeling as a makeover of a whole room, area, or section of your home. It includes multiple aspects and when completed, the space typically has a new look and/or function.
        Remodeling projects include creating a home office, a kitchen or bath makeover, and structural additions. They could also be considered when reconfiguring a space for a new function such as changing traffic flow, adding partition walls, or converting an unusable space, like a basement, into a living area.
        We have the resources and ability to complete many remodeling projects but since our main focus is Home Repair and Home Improvements, we undertake what we call “light remodeling”.
        For us, the best way to serve you in “light remodeling” is to pass up the big, intensive jobs and focus on the small and medium projects. This keeps us nimble as a company and provides a reliable resource for you when the other remodelers may not be interested in your project.



MAINTENANCE - Although not very glamorous, home maintenance is still a critical part of homeownership.
        As your biggest investment, your home needs regular care just like you would provide for an automobile or a boat. The difference is, if you do not maintain your home properly, the costs can be very large in a relatively short period of time.
        The saying goes, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. As true today as it was long ago, sadly, most of the home repairs that we complete were initiated due to a lack of maintenance.
        Wear and tear, faulty caulking, lack of lubrication, and lack of cleaning all contribute to a shortening of service life and premature failure of home systems. Additionally seasonal maintenance to prepare our home for climate changes and the weather is crucial.
        Enemy number one of every home is water and moisture infiltration. Keeping up on regular maintenance provides a continual barrier that keeps water where it belongs; inside and outside of your structure.
